When scheduling a service appointment, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive at the scheduled time, but exact timing cannot be guaranteed due to various factors including traffic and previous appointment durations.
Payment for services is due at the time of service completion unless otherwise specified. For AMC plans, payment is due at the beginning of the service period. We accept various payment methods which will be communicated to you before service.
Parts replaced during repair services may carry a manufacturer's warranty. Our labor is guaranteed for a period specified at the time of service. This guarantee does not cover issues arising from misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs.
Hello Repair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
